Whether a rate is low or high is meaningful only in context. The rate is low not due to technical limitations but because we operate from India, where lower living costs result from international economies and exchange rates. Our strategy is to pass on these location advantages to our clients.

We exclusively collaborate with dedicated clients seeking Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) services and provide a monthly pricing model.

We bill monthly, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice.

No, we use time-based billing because it benefits our clients. Guaranteeing fixed-time results would mean sacrificing this clarity and potentially delivering suboptimal outcomes. While the team can provide estimates, we do not provide a business guarantee on timelines.

Yes, we do so as needed. This can be particularly beneficial during initial requirements gathering, final implementation, or addressing other critical stages. For these situations, our consultants will work on-site at agreed-upon rates.

You will have the capability to maintain close oversight of the project. Our designated Project Manager will serve as your primary contact for resolving issues and will collaborate closely according to your guidelines.

TechverseWeb's Project Management System (PMS) has been custom-built to give you full command of your project. Our PMS provides unmatched transparency and control.

We will provide you with regular project status updates. These updates will be delivered through a mix of scheduled reports (typically via email) and ad-hoc meetings (often conducted via tele-conferences or live chat).

Through our PMS, you can monitor the project plan, milestones, code status, bug status, timesheets, and various other software development metrics in real time.

TechverseWeb invites you to experience our services. You have the option to initiate a Pilot Period with us. We are confident in offering a pilot period because we have consistently proven our ability to sustain relationships beyond the initial demonstration phase.

During our preferred Pilot Period, we focus on either the first sub-system of a larger project or an independent project that can be completed within itself. Pilot Periods typically last for 15 days.

We dedicate equal time and effort to Pilot Projects as we do to actual projects. You will find that the pilot project meets the same quality standards as our final deliverables. In this regard, Pilots differ significantly from prototypes.

The number of resources dedicated to a project is determined by its scale and complexity. For instance, we assign two developers, one tester, and a part-time UI designer for a small project.

Additionally, every project includes a Technical Architect, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. We can scale up the resource allocation based on customer and project needs.

We are committed to confidentiality and cannot disclose these specifics. Our pool includes a substantial number of full-time developers engaged in various in-house and client projects.

At various times, the pool of available resources varies and is distinct. Rest assured that only top-quality, well-trained, and experienced resources will be assigned to your project to fulfill your requirements.

This aspect is addressed in the IP contract, with an NDA also signed between TechverseWeb and the customer outlining these terms. A similar clause is included in the contract signed between TechverseWeb and its employees.

Furthermore, we conduct regular audits of our processes and provide ongoing training to our employees. These measures guarantee the security of our customers' intellectual property at all times.

We utilize GitLab, Bitbucket, and Git for source code management and version control repositories. Additionally, we have expertise in code review processes and other widely used version control systems.

Peer review is integral to our standard development process. Every code developed by an application resource undergoes verification by another application resource. Software is released for testing only after this verification process. This practice applies specifically when the customer engages more than one developer.

While we believe it's beneficial to comment on all public methods, we only do so when absolutely necessary. For example, we refrain from commenting on code where the method name is self-explanatory. This approach prevents excessive comments and ensures that our code remains clear and readable.

We deliver the SRS documentation to the client. The code includes comments to enhance understanding. Our documentation is thorough and straightforward.

We will furnish end-user documentation if it is specified in the work contract and included in TechverseWeb's quote.
